摘要 研究了1 种新型的纳米AgSnO2 触头材料。通过采用掺杂、SnO2 粒子的纳米化及化学镀的方法,改善了氧化物和银的浸润性,从而提高了触头材料的导电性、机械强度和加工性能。通过机械混合法和溶胶凝胶法2 种工艺的对比,证明用机械混合法在SnO2 中掺杂TiO2,反而使电导率升高;用溶胶凝胶法在SnO2中掺杂TiO2,Ti4+能够很好的进入SnO2的晶格,能够明显改善触头的电性能。微观组织分析表明:纳米触头中SnO2的分布明显的比非纳米触头中SnO2分布的要均匀,从而可以避免因SnO2的富集导致电导率降低,提高AgSnO2触头的电性能和电寿命。 A new type of nanocrystalline AgSnO2 contact material has been studied. By these techniques of TiO2 adding, SnO2 nanocrystalline and electroless plating, the infiltrations of Ag and oxide have been improved to increase the conductivity, strength, and workability of the contrast material. By comparison of the mechanical admixture method with the sol-gel method, it has been proved that the mechanical admixture method couldn't improve the electronic performance of the contact material, but it can by the sol-gel method, because the later can make the ion of Ti4+ get into the crystal lattice of SnO2. The microstructure analysis showed that the distribution of SnO2 in the nanometer contact material is more homogeneous than in the non-nanometer contact material. So it can avoid the reduction of conductance caused by the rich of SnO2 and improve the conductivity and its endurance by the sot-gel method for the contact material.
