尖锐湿疣患者IFN-γ及IL-4细胞因子水平的研究

Study on the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in patients with condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨IFN-γ、IL-4细胞因子水平在尖锐湿疣(CA)发病机制中的作用。方法:采用RT-PCR法检测了CA患者外周血单个核细胞的IFN-γ、IL-4的mRNA表达。结果:CA患者IFN-γmRNA及IL-4mRNA均有所表达,且与健康对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);短病程组IFN-γmRNA表达明显增加,与健康对照及长病程组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05),长病程组IL-4mRNA表达增加,与健康对照及短病程组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CA长病程组Th1型细胞因子表达水平下降,Th2型细胞因子呈优势表达。Th1/Th2型细胞因子失衡可能是CA长期不愈的机制之一。

Objective: To study the roles of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods: The means of RT-PCR was taken to detect the expression of IFN-γ mRNA and IL-4 mRNA of the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of 42 patients with CA. Results: The results showed that the expression of IFN-γ mRNA in CA with short course was significantly higher than that of normal controls and CA with long course ( P <0.05); The expression of IL-4 mRNA in CA with long course was significantly higher than that of normal controls and CA with short course ( P <0.05). Conclusion: These data indicate that the expression of Th2-associated cytokine (IL-4) is predominant in patients of CA with long course. Increased expression of Th2-associated cytokine and decreased expression of Th1-associated cytokine may play an important role in the pathogenesis of recurrent CA.
