摘要 本文分析SPM和AFNI对脑数据的处理方法和分析过程,提供从MNI到Talairach坐标系的转换方式,通过两个汉语认知加工任务具体说明两个系统各自的统计结果,并从客观性、统计功能、运算速度和稳定性四个方面对其进行评价。 The functions of both SPM and AFNI were shown respectively in this paper. The method of transformation between MNI and Talairach was introduced for analyzing the SPM and AFNI result map together. Two Chinese cognitive tasks were used to find advantage and disadvantage of the two systems.
