摘要
本文详细介绍了MRIcro在查看图像、图像转换、图像修剪和感兴趣区处理等方面的主要功能,以及这些功能在脑功能图像分析中的应用。最后通过一个符号方向判断任务,说明MRIcro在脑功能图像处理中的应用,并从灵活性、实用性和图像编辑功能三个方面进行了评价。
The main function of MRIcro is analyzed in the paper. And the method that MRIcro is used to process the brain functional mapping and region of interest (ROI) is introduced. The judging symbol direction task is used to investigate the function of MRIcro in the processing brain functional mapping. At last, it is evaluated from agility, practicability, and editing image.
