脑脉络膜裂囊肿的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断

MR imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of choroidal fissure cyst of the brain

目的 探讨脑脉络膜裂囊肿的MRI表现。方法 回顾分析27例脑脉络膜裂囊肿的MRI表现,其中18例曾行CT检查,5例行MR增强扫描。结果 27例均位于脉络膜裂内,呈边界清楚的类圆形水样信号灶,直径约 1 cm左右,灶周无水肿,5例MR增强扫描病例未见强化。结论 MR具有多平面成像的特点,可清楚地显示脉络膜裂,对脉络膜裂囊肿的诊断明显优于CT。

Objective To study the MR manifestations of choroidal fissure cyst of the brain. Methods Characteristic MR findings in 27 patients with choroidal fissure cyst were retrospectively analyzed, CT was performed in 18 cases, Gd-DTPA enhanced MR was performed in 5 cases. Results The cysts were situated within the choroidal fissure in all cases, representing as cystic lesion with clear border, with the average size of 1 cm, a no associated edema. Gd-DTPA enhanced MR was performed in 6 cases and revealed on evidence of enhancement. Conclusion MR can scan coronal and sagittal image, and can see the choroidal fissure clearly. MR can be used to delineate its extra axial than CT.
