988例老年人体型与疾病关系分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨长沙市区老年人群体型与疾病的关系。方法制定问卷,统一标准,对门诊、住院及社区部分生活基本自理的老年人群,按先后次序抽样进行问卷调查、体重指数测量及内科体检。就“体型与疾病、肥胖与代谢综合征及骨关节病与肥胖体型”进行分析。结果共完成988例,超重率26.9%,肥胖率7.5%。心血管病、高脂血症、糖尿病、脑血管病及骨关节病患病率,随BMI递增而上升,呼吸系病患病率随BMI递增而下降,肥胖组与消瘦组比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论正常体型是理想的健康体型。 Objective To explore the relation between senile somatotype and disease in Changsha city. Methods The questionnaire was designed; the measure was unified; and the questionnaire、measurement of BMI(Body Mass Index)and medical examination were dealt with in turn for the partly self-servicing old people sampled from out-patient department 、in- patient department and communities. somatotype and disease、obesity and metabolic syndrome、osteoarthropathy and obesity type were analyzed and discussed. Results 988 cases were investigated, the rate of overweight was 26.9%,the rate of obesity was 7.5% . The prevalence of cardiovascular disease、hyperlipemia、glycuresis、cerebrovascular disease and osteoarthropathy increased with BMI; the prevalence of respiratory disease decreased with BMI. By contrast, there was significant difference between the obesity group and the leanness group(P<0.01). Conclusions Normal body type is a perfect and healthy body type.
