摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种多发于年轻女性、累及多脏器的自身免疫性疾病,其特征为急性暴发性起病或慢性起病伴反复恶化和缓解,体内存在多种自身抗体,最常受累的器官为皮肤和肾脏.40%～85%的SLE患者有明显肾脏受累,从单纯尿检异常到典型的肾炎或肾病综合征,直至终末期肾功能衰竭.狼疮性肾炎(lupus nephritis,LN)是育龄女性最常见的继发性肾脏疾病,感染是其主要并发症之一,也是引起患者死亡及病情进展的重要因素[1,2].观察并分析LN患者的感染发生情况,对临床上的治疗和随访具有指导意义.
