血管内皮生长因子在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达

摘要 目的 :研究血管内皮生长因子 (Vasularendothelium growthfactor ,VEGF)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与浸润和转移的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 4 8例宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌患者手术切除石蜡包埋标本中VEGF的表达 ,以 30例正常宫颈组织作为对照。结果 :①正常宫颈组织与浸润性鳞状细胞癌相比 ,VEGF阳性表达率有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 1;在浸润性鳞状细胞癌中 ,组织分化程度越低 ,VEGF的阳性表达率越高 ,P <0. 0 5。②VEGF在无淋巴结转移的原发癌灶中阳性表达率是 5 8. 82 % ,明显低于有淋巴结转移的癌灶 92. 86 % ,P <0 . 0 5。③在原发癌灶和淋巴结转移癌灶中 ,VEGF阳性率分别是 92 .86 %和 82 . 5 3% ,P >0. 0 5。结论 :VEGF的异常表达促进了其恶性细胞的浸润性生长。VEGF的高表达可促进恶性肿瘤细胞的转移。VEGF在转移灶中的不同表达提示其与恶性肿瘤在转移灶中的生长有着密切关系。 Objectives:To study the expression of vascular endothelium growth factor in cervical infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma and relationship of carcinomatous infiltration and migration.Methods:Tissue sections through surgeon from 48 cervical infiltrating squamous cell carcinomas were examined immunohistochemically for protein expression of VEGF,with 30 cases of normal cervical tissues as contrast group.Results:①Comparing normal with cervical infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma,the outcome had significant difference,P<0.01;in the cervial infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma,the lower histodifferentiation degree of carcinoma,the higher positive incidence of VEGF,P<0.05.②Positive incidence of VEGF in the carcinomas of no lymphoid migration is 58 82%,one in those of migration is 92.86%,P<0.05.③Positive incidence of VEGF in the primary and the lymphoid migrant carcinomas are 92.86% and 82.35%,P>0.05.Conclusions:Abnormal expression of VEGF accelerated infiltrative growth of malignant cell.High expression of VEGF made malignant cell migrate.Different expression of VEGF in the migrations pointed out there was close relationship between one and the growth of malignant tumor in the migration.
