摘要
分析了GCr15钢锭杆磨削烧伤后的金相组织及磨削烧伤对锭尖硬度的影响,研究了磨削工艺中产生磨削烧伤的机理,提出锭杆热处理后在正常磨削中控制磨削烧伤的方法。
The metallographic microstructure of the GCrl5 steel spindle after being grinding burned was analyzed. The effect of grinding burn on the hardness of the spindle blade tip and the mechanism of grinding burn were investigated. The method for controlling grinding burn during grinding the spindle after heat treatment was put forward.
