为了进一步明确对船用铜制螺旋桨的检验要求,保证船舶安全,考虑到国内外标准的要求及中国船级社的规范,并结合国内铜合金生产者的生产经验,列明了目前世界上主要船用铸造铜合金螺旋桨的成分设计和机械性能,分析了铜合金金相组织对螺旋桨性能的影响,阐述了对铜制螺旋桨进行无损探伤过程中的注意事项,并推荐一种对4叶组合式螺旋桨进行静平衡试验的替代方法.供验船人员对螺旋桨进行产品检验时参考.

For the sake of further clearing the request of the examination of the propeller made of copper alloy and further ensuring the ship safety. and considering the demands of the domestic and international standards and the rules of China Classification Society and the experience that the producers have, this paper lists the composition and mechanical property of the main marine cast copper alloy propellers in the world; analyzes the effect of the metallographic organization on the properties of the copper alloy propeller; expounds what should be attention to during the non-destructive tested process and introduces a substitute method for the static balance test of four blades combination propeller. The article could be a reference to the surveyor who will examine the propeller made of copper alloy.
