摘要
针对xDSL传输率较低、传输距离较短的现状,提出了将非正交多重调制(NOMM)技术应用于xDSL中.对NOMM技术在xDSL信道的应用作了全面的计算机仿真研究,并对影响NOMM通信系统传输特性的串音模型展开了分析.仿真结果表明,NOMM通信系统在传输率与传输距离方面具有无可比拟的优越性.
Modulation plays an important role in the modern digital communication. Because of the limits of those traditional Modulation techniques, now the transmission speed becomes lower and the transmission distance becomes shorter. So, we present a new modulation technique in this paper. The essential difference between the two kinds of the modulation is that the NOMM technique could use ISI fully instead of avoidance. So, it has so many superiorities compared with such techniques as QAM, DMT and OFDM. We make a lot of research on the NOMM' s applications under the circumstance of the xDSL. It offers a more effective method in practice and indicates a broad perspective of development for modulation methods in theory as well.
