超声成像与CD10表达诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值

Study on the Values of Ultrasonographic and CD10 Immunohistochemical Staining in Diagnosing Ovarian Endometriotic Cysts

目的 :探讨超声显像与CD10免疫组化测定对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿 (OEC)的诊断价值。材料和方法 :对 41例OEC患者的声像图特征及CD10染色结果进行评估 ,并以 10 2例其他卵巢良性病作为对照组。结果 :本研究OECⅠ期5例 ,Ⅱ期 3例 ,Ⅲ期 3 0例 ,Ⅳ期 3例。Ⅰ期OEC的声像图表现具有一定的特征性 :囊肿最大径≤ 3cm ,类圆形 ,有一定张力 ,壁不厚 ,囊内为均匀点状弱回声 ,周边可见正常卵巢组织。OEC组的CD10染色阳性率为 97.6% ,对照组阳性率9.8%。结论 :超声显像能够发现OEC的早期病变 ,对临床分期有一定的提示作用 ,CD10免疫组化检测有助于OEC的进一步确诊。

Purpose: To evaluate the value of ultrasonography combing CD10 immunohistochemistry in diagnosing ovarian endometriotic cysts (OEC). Materials and Methods: The characteristics of sonograms and CD10 immunohistochemical results in 41 cases of OEC were studied,and 102 cases of other ovarian benign lesions as control group were included. Results: The group of OEC included gradeⅠ(n=5), gradeⅡ(n=3), grade Ⅲ(n=30), and grade Ⅳ(n=3). Some sonographic features were found in the lesions of gradeⅠOEC : the maximum diameter of cysts ≤3cm, round in shape, with tension, thin wall,hypoechoic spots within the cysts, and some normal ovarian tissue around the lesion. The positive rate of CD10 in OEC group was 97.6%. The CD10 expression were positive in all five cases of gradeⅠOEC . The positive rate in control group was 9.8%. Conclusion: Ultrasonography is valuable in finding out the early features of OEC and of suggestive value in early clinical staging. CD10 is useful in further confirming the diagnosis of the OEC.
