脑实质海绵状血管瘤的CT和MRI诊断 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨脑实质海绵状血管瘤 (cavernousangioma ,CA)的CT、MRI表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 15例经手术病理证实为CA的CT和MRI表现。结果 :15例CA共检出 19个病灶。CA可发生于脑内任何部位 ,单发多见 (13 /15 )。 15例CT和MRI平扫均发现所有病灶。CA的CT平扫均表现为高或稍高密度 ;CA的MRI平扫表现为T1WI呈等或低信 9个 ,高信号 7个 ,混杂信号 3个 ;T2WI呈高低混杂信号 ,16个病灶周围伴有低信号环 ,无占位效应 ;CT和MRI增强扫描无或轻度增强。结论 :CA有典型影像表现 ,CT和MRI平扫对明确诊断具有重要意义 ,MRI优于CT ,是首选和最佳的影像学方法。 Purpose: To explore CT and MRI features and diagnostic value of cerebral cavernous angioma . Materials and Methods: The features of 15 cases with cerebral cavernous angioma pathologically proved were analyed retrospectively. Results: 19 lesions were detected in 15 cases on plain CT scans and plain MRI. 13 cases with cerebral cavernous angioma were single(13/15) and the lesions occurred at any site in the brain, which presented as hyperdensity or slightly hyperdensity on plain CT. On plain MRI , 9 lesions displayed iso-intensity signal, 7 lesions intensity signal and 3 lesions mixed signal on T1WI. All lesions displayed mixed signal on T2WI. 16 lesions displayed ring-like low vintensity signal, no space-occupying effect was presented in 15 cases. After administration of contrast media, the lesions had no enhancement or slight enhancement. Conclusion: Cerebral cavernous angioma carries characteristic imaging features. Both CT and MRI are of great value in the diagnosis of the disease and MRI is super to CT in displaying the lesion. MRI is the most effective method for diagnosis of cerebral cavernous angioma.
