摘要
目的 :比较DDR系统双能量技术普通X线胸片与骨组织像对肋骨骨折的首诊检出率。材料和方法 :利用DDR系统的双能量减影技术对 12 6例胸部创伤中高度怀疑伴发肋骨骨折的患者进行胸部X线平片检查。结果 :普通胸片对肋骨骨折的首诊总体检出率为 94% ,单根、多根及多根多发性肋骨骨折的检出率分别为 91.7%、92 .4%和 80 .8%。骨组织像对肋骨骨折的首诊总体检出率为 98% ,单根、多根及多根多发性肋骨骨折的检出率分别为 10 0 %、98.9%和 96.1%。结论 :DDR系统双能量减影X线成像技术的骨组织像明显提高肋骨骨折的诊断率 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低误诊率 ,尤其对无错位性肋骨骨折。
Purpose: To compare the ratio of diagnostic rib fracture on standard PA chest image with bone image of dual energy subtraction with direct digital radiography. Materials and Methods: 126 patients with suspicious rib fracture were examined by dual energy subtraction of direct digital radiography. Results: The diagnostic rate of rib fracture was 94% of standard PA chest image and 98% of bone image, and of single rib fracture, multiple rib fractures and multiple rib fractures with multiple locations was 91.7%, 92.4%, 80.8% of standard PA chest image, 100%, 98.9%, 96.1% of bone image, respectively. Conclusion: Bone image of dual-energy subtraction with direct digital radiography can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of rib fracture and decrease the misdiagnostic rate, especially in diagnosis of non-dislocated rib fracture.
