摘要 先天性外耳道闭锁是耳鼻咽喉科常见的先天性疾病 ,也是引起传导性耳聋的主要原因之一。本病手术解剖复杂 ,术后并发症发生率高 ,属于耳鼻咽喉科高难度手术之一。作者回顾了近年来的相关文献 ,重点阐述了本病诊断、治疗及术后主要并发症防治方面的进展。 Congenital acoustic atresia is not a rare disease. It is also one of the main reasons which result in conductive deaf. The operation of this malformation is a challenge encountered by otologist. Because the related anatomy is very complex and the incidence of complications is high. The correlative literatures were studied in recent years and the advancement in diagnosis, therapy, complication prevention and treatment after operation was taken emphasis on.
