摘要
牙齿组织工程学,是将组织工程学的原理和技术应用于牙体牙髓损伤修复和牙齿再生的研究。其关键之处是获得具有较强生长和分化能力的种子细胞、优选较为适宜的支架材料,以及构建有较强再生能力的细胞-支架复合体。
The mechanism and technology of tissue engineering were introduced into the study on repairing of injured pulp and hard tissues,and regeneration of a tooth.The key points include obtaining seed cells with strong proliferation capability and differentiation potential,selection of optimal scaffolds,and establishment of cell/scaffold constructs in vivo.
