辣椒抗疫病的遗传与育种

Inheritance and Breeding of Resistance to Phytophthora capsici Leon. in Capsicum

辣椒疫病是在世界范围内严重危害辣椒的重要病害之一。几十年来 ,许多辣椒生产国开展了抗疫病育种和包括抗病性遗传分析在内的相关研究。笔者对近年来有关辣椒疫病病原、辣椒对疫病的抗性、抗病性的生理生化机制、抗病性的遗传、抗病基因的 QTL定位与克隆、抗病性鉴定和抗病育种方面的研究进展进行了综述 。

Phytophthora capsici is one of the most devastating diseases in pepper crop worldwide. Many pepper breeding programs and relative research including genetic analysis for resistance to P. capsici has been carried out in many cultivator countries for several decades. This paper reviews the research advance in P. capsici, pepper resistance to P. capsici, mechanism and inheritance of resistance in pepper, QTL analysis and gene clone of the resistance, resistance assessment study and breeding programs in recent years. The prospects in this field are also discussed.
