摘要
本文论证了小麦抗 BYDV育种的重要性 ,阐明了自 5 0年代发现 BYDV以后 ,科学家们首先将抗BYDV基因由小麦近缘种导入普通小麦 ,育成双二倍体 ,再作为中间材料培育成异附加系和异代换系 ,进而利用 Ph突变体、组织培养、分子原位杂交等途径 ,育成易位系材料 ,最终应用于抗病育种的过程 ;明确了不同偃麦草与不同小麦杂交 ,导入的抗 BYDV基因位点不同 ,从而扩大了抗源的多样性 ,同时也引起了遗传规律的差异 ;
Angle that the original is developed through the scientific knowledge. Demonstrate the importance that the resisted BYDV of wheat breeding. Clarify to discover the BYDV since the 1950,over a long period of time unremitting after scientists effort,first of all transfer the BYDV - resistance gene from the close fringe variety of wheat to common wheat, and breed amphidiploid, and go on breeding to hetero-addition line and hetero-substisution line. Second to breed translocation line by Ph's abrupt gene or tissue culture or in situ hybridization and so on. Finally use to the disease-resistant breeding. Cleared the variety of resisted source and the difference of genetic regularity because the crossing of different avena sativa and wheat caused the difference of BYDV-resistance-gene site. Pointed out the great accomplishment that resisted BYDV bred. Proposed the problem and direction in the disease-resistant breeding of wheat.
