摘要
随着现代生物医学的发展,人类基因组图谱的完成,应用生物化学和分子生物学技术研究DNA及基因的结构与功能、表达和调控,基因组与生命形式和生物形态进化的关系,使人类的研究进入“后基因组学”时代。本文论述了DNA的探索历程及其在法医学中的应用研究,并对DNA的研究技术基因工程、DNA测序、DNA指纹、PCR和DNA芯片等不同检测方法和实际应用效果、前景加以评定。
