摘要
采用聚乙二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和交联剂三羟甲基丙烷或三羟基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,在丁酮中以溶液聚合法制备了自稳定的聚氨酯微凝胶。用粘度法及凝胶渗析色谱、红外光谱分析了凝胶形成过程,观察到随反应时间( t)延长,反应体系粘度增加,但 t=210 min时粘度突然下降,聚合物分子量增加,表明此时形成了聚合物凝胶。用电子透射显微镜及粒度分析仪分析了凝胶的形态与粒径,观察到了聚乙二醇的自动空间稳定现象。
Stoichiometric amounts of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)、 diisocyanate(IPDI) and a trifunctional crosslinking agent(TMPTA or TMP) were used to synthesed self-stable polyurethane microgel in good solvent methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) by solution polymerization. Viscosity method ,GPC and IR were used to follow the reaction courses. The viscosity was increased slowly with reaction time(t),but at t=210min viscosity was suddently decreased for TMPTA, meanwhile the molecular weight was increased. The viscosity turning point for TMP was at 60min. Transimission electron microscopy(TEM) and particle size analysis were used to analyses self-stable function of PEG and the microgel size.
