摘要
以γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPM)为偶联剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/(SiO2-TiO2)杂化材料,进行了结构表征和性能研究.经电镜观察,杂化体系固化膜两相间结合紧密,无机相是一种粒径介于10~20nm之间的球形颗粒.实验结果表明:杂化体系固化膜均匀性好和热氧化稳定性得到很大提高.由于无机相与有机相通过共价键相连,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯/(SiO2-TiO2)杂化材料在无机物含量较高时,仍能保持良好的柔韧性.
Sol-gel derived poly(butyl methacrylate)/silica-titania hybrid materials were synthesized by using 3-trimethoxysilyl-propyl methacrylate (TMSPM) as a coupling agent between the organic and inorganic phases. The characterization and the physical properties of the hybrid materials were investigated. The results of SEM show that the interfacial interaction between organic and inorganic phases has strengthened, with a typical average inorganic particle size of 10-20nm. It is found that the hybrid material is continuous and homogeneous, and the thermal properties of the hybrid materials could be improved relative to pure PBMA. Due to covalent links between the inorganic and organic networks, the flexibility of poly(butyl methacrylate)/silica-titania hybrid materials could not be decreased at high inorganic content.
