摘要
目的从免疫调节解度探讨慢性乙型肝炎的治疗前景。方法综述和分析近年关于慢性乙型肝炎的免疫病理和免疫调节治疗的研究。结果慢性乙型肝炎的免疫病理与CTL,Th和DC密切相关;中医药可调节乙肝患者免疫力。结论中西医当在治疗慢性乙型肝炎中发挥各自的优势。
Objective To explore the treatment prospects of chronic hepatitis B from the perspective of immunoregulation,Method This paper reviews and analyzes the researches on the immunopathology and immunoregulation of chronic hepatitis B.Result The immunopathology of chronic hepatitis B was closely related to CTL,Th and DC;and Chinese medicine could regulate the immunity.Conclusion Chinese and western can both exert respective advantages in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
