摘要
建立了一个以过热水为工作介质、以平行端面为密封面的物理模型,给出了流体动压机械密封的端面密封面流量、端面温升、端面承载能力、端面摩擦功耗和膜压系数等性能参数的计算方法.通过验证,表明这种方法是可靠、合理的,可为进行类似条件下的密封研究提供一种参考.
Physical model with overheated water as working substance and parallel faces as sealing face was established. The approximate computation method was developed to calculate leakage,temperature rise,load carrying ability,power loss and film pressure coefficient in thermohydrodynamic mechanical face seal. The results showed that this method is appropriate and reliable through comparing with the experimental data provided by reference and provided a reference to sealing research under the similar condition.
