摘要 利用透射电子显微镜和扫描电镜观察比较了几种不同比容团化钽粉的颗粒结构.观察发现:比容较低的钽粉其组成的一次颗粒较大,随着比容的增加,一次颗粒的平均粒径逐渐减小.但不论哪种比容的钽粉,一次颗粒间都以形成晶界形式结合,并弯曲扭转向三维空间发展,形成类似珊瑚状的多孔结构体,并具有较高的颗粒强度,且团化后的颗粒平均粒径基本相同.这种结构的团化钽粉颗粒对钽电解电容器阳极块的成型和提高电容器的容量十分有利. Several kinds of structures of different specific volume of tantalum powders were compared by TEM and SEM in the paper,and the discovery showed:the lower specific volume of tantalum powders were made up of more bigger grains.but the average size of Fisher Sub Sieve Sizer(FSSS) of tantalum powders were decreased step by step with the specific volume increase.The grains were connected by boundaries and formed many chains which developed towards three dimensional space in all of specific volume of tantalum powders. At last,many grains were formed a shape like coral.
