摘要
缩氨基硫脲类Schiff碱化合物是一类十分有效的分析试剂.评述了近年来缩氨基硫脲化合物在普通光度法、萃取光度法、动力学光度法、荧光光度法、流动注射光度法及原子吸收光度法等光度分析中的应用研究情况,并就该类显色剂显色反应的光谱特性、分析性能及其应用等方面的情况作了分析,指出了应用超分子化学原理,并进一步研究其结构与性能的关系,从分子水平上开发该类功能分子的性能,不仅有助于设计性能更好的分析试剂,而且会拓展其应用领域.
Thiosemicarbazones are a class of schiff base acting as effective chelating agents. This paper presented applications of thiosemicarbazones in direct spectrophotometric method,extractive spectrophotometric method,kinetic photometric method,fluorometric method,flow injection spectrophotometric method and atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The related research and development were reviewed,such as spectral properties,analytical performances,applications and so on. It can be concluded that,after application the supramolecular chemistry principle to researching the relation between their properties and structures and to developing the performances of these functional molecules at the molecular level,not only the analytical reagents with better property can be well designed,but also the application scope can be broadened.
