摘要
西线南水北调和大柳树高坝同步建设,更加突显黄河黑山峡一级开发比二级开发的优越性.以节水型现代化绿洲为主体的大柳树生态经济区建成后,将使人口大幅度向绿洲集中,使20×104km的荒漠草原和黄土2高原水土流失区的人口负载大幅度减轻,使区域生态环境显著改善.在大柳树坝址强地震区,选用心墙堆石坝比混凝土面板堆石坝更安全可靠.
The simultaneous implementation of the west line south to north water diversion and the Daliushu Dam projects would further manifest the advantage of one stage over two stage development of the Yellow River-Heishanxia Reach where the Daliushu Dam would be located. Upon completion of the Daliushu Eco economic Zone that focuses on the modernized water saving oasis, there would be large scale population migration to the oasis from the soil erosion regions of desert grassland and loess plateau with a total area of 200 000 km2, thereby greatly reducing the population load of these regions and considerably improving their eco environment. with a view to minimizing possible destructions that might arise from intense earthquakes around the dam site area, the core type rock filled dam was recommended to replace the ordinary concrete face rock filled dam.
