摘要
目的: 探讨 60岁以上老人动态肺功能随年龄增长的变化规律及机制.方法: 用日本PM 81型胸描仪对 60岁以上老人动态肺功能的各项指标进行测量和分析.结果: 60岁以上老人动态肺功能各项指标均随年龄增加而降低,差异有高度显著性(P<0 01).结论: 60岁以上老人动态肺功能随年龄的增加而降低.其机制主要是呼吸中枢的功能降低,肺和胸廓的弹性阻力、呼吸道的非弹性阻力增加所致.
AIM: To study the change of dynamic pulmonary function with the increase of age in the elderly people over 60 and its mechanism.METHODS: All the indexes of dynamic pulmonary function in the old people over 60 were detected and analyzed by PM-81 chest scanning apparatus made in Japan.RESULTS: All the indexes of dynamic pulmonary function declined significantly with the increase of age in the people over 60 (P<0.01).CONCLUSION: The dynamic pulmonary function in the people over 60 declines with the increase of age.The falling function of the respiratory centre,the elastic resistance of the lungs and thoracic cage,and the non-elastic resistance in the respiratory tract are responsible for the decline.
