利用逐步回归法分析家兔血压和脉搏波特征参数的相关性

Application of stepwise regression analysis in correlation between blood pressure and characteristic parameters of pulse wave in rabbits

目的: 研究血压与脉搏波特征参数之间的相关性.方法: 健康成年家兔 10只,分别同步连续记录每只家兔的血压和脉搏信号,利用RM6280多道智能生理信号分析处理系统逐个提取血压波和脉搏波的特征参数.分别以收缩压、舒张压和平均压为应变量,选择 8个脉搏波特征参数为自变量,使用SPSS11 0进行逐步回归分析.结果: 收缩压与主波上升斜率和K值有较好相关性.舒张压与K值和主波高度有较好相关性.平均压与主波上升斜率、K值和H( 1 +ts/td)有较好相关性.结论: 血压与脉搏波特征参数之间存在特定的相关关系,提供了利用脉搏波特征参数检测血压的理论依据.

AIM: To study the correlation between the blood pressure and the characteristic parameters of pulse wave.METHODS: Ten healthy adult rabbits were used in the study and the blood pressure and pulse signals of every rabbit were recorded respectively,synchronously and simultaneously.RM6280 was used to pick out the characteristic parameters of the blood pressure wave and the pulse wave one by one.The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure were taken as the dependent variables,and 8 characteristic parameters of pulse wave as the independent variables.SPSS11.0 was applied to perform the stepwise regression.RESULTS: Systolic pressure was correlated with the main wave ascending slope and the value of K.Diastolic pressure was correlated with main wave height and the value of K.Mean arterial pressure was correlated with main wave ascending slope and the value of K and H (1+t s/t d).CONCLUSION: There is a specific correlation between the blood pressure and the characteristic parameters of pulse wave,which provides the theoretical foundation for using characteristic parameters of pulse wave to measure the blood pressure.
