少见原发椎管占位病变的MRI表现

MR Findings of Rare Primary Tumors in Vertebral Canal

目的 探讨少见原发椎管内肿瘤或瘤样病变的MRI形态特征。资料与方法 搜集 1995～ 2 0 0 3年经手术病理证实的 2 0例少见的原发椎管肿瘤或瘤样病变患者资料 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 发生在椎管内的多发或形态怪异的神经纤维瘤病 ,肠源性囊肿 ,淋巴瘤 ,血管脂肪瘤 ,海绵状血管瘤 ,节神经细胞瘤 ,淋巴管瘤等少罕见病例 ,有其特征性影像改变。结论 MRI是诊断椎管占位病变的最佳影像检查手段 ,对诊断少见原发椎管肿瘤或肿瘤样病变有很大帮助 ,要确立诊断 。

Objective To discuss MR features of rare primary tumors in vertebral canal.Materials and Methods Twenty patients with rare tumors in vertebral canal confirmed by operation and pathologic examination from 1995-2003 were retrospectively analysed.Results This group included neurofibromatosis, neurenteric cysts, lymphoma, angiolipoma, ganglioneuroma and cavernous hemangioma, which had relative characteristic image findings.Conclusion MRI is the best modality for the diagnosis of rare primary tumor in vertebral canal, but correct diagnosis depends on clinical and pathological results.
