摘要
①目的观察断牙即刻再接在牙齿美容中的应用效果.②方法断牙采用即刻根充术处理断根,粘固根管钉,利用釉质粘合剂粘固断冠,进行随访观察.③结果经1～3年的随访,11例病人共16颗冠折牙齿中,仅2例病人的2颗牙齿松动、脱落,其他正常;治疗成功率为87.5%.④结论断牙即刻再接术是恢复牙齿美观的最佳方法之一.
Objective To investigate the effects of immediate reattachment of tooth fragment in the esthetic restoration. Methods Immediate root canal therapy was performed for the fractured root, root canal dowel was cemented, and coronal segment attached with enamel-dentin adhesive. The patients were followed up for 1-3 years. Results The follow-up showed that 16 fractured coronal fragments in 11 patients, only two fractured coronal fragments in two patients loosened and fell off. The treatment success rate was 87.5%. Conclusion The immediate reattachment of tooth fragment is one of the most effective techniques in the esthetic restoration.
