总线互连线电路分析的方程建立方法

摘要 针对总线互连电路 ,提出了一种基于电路并行结构的电路方程建立方法 该方法所建立的方程的系数矩阵均具有对称带状特性 ,且矩阵带宽大小等于互连线数目的两倍加一 与传统的改进节点电压方法相比 ,该方法显著地提高了总线互连电路分析的效率 ,可以被方便地运用到现有的电路模拟工具中 。 In this paper, a novel method is proposed for the equation formulation of BUS interconnect circuits. Band-symmetric matrices of the system equations are formulated by taking advantage of the parallel structure of the BUS interconnects. The bandwidth of the system matrix is 2n+1, where n is the number of the BUS lines. Compared to the conventional modified nodal equation formulation method, the proposed method can remarkably improve the simulation speed of the BUS interconnects. The proposed method can be easily applied to circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, PRIMA, PVL, for the interconnect simulations.
