痉、痿证方对大鼠脊髓持续性压迫损伤局部VEGF的影响

Effect of JingZheng and WeiZheng Recipe on VEGF at local continuative compression injury in rat spinal cord

目的研究大鼠脊髓持续性压迫后VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)含量变化,探讨痉、痿证方 对大鼠脊髓持续性慢性损伤VEGF的影响。方法采用大鼠颈椎前路螺钉压迫颈脊髓,螺钉持续留 置压迫30天以产生慢性损伤,用免疫组化EnVision法检测局部VEGF表达的变化。结果 与假手 术组相比,轻、重压模型组有非常显著性差异,P<0.01;药物干预后,各组表达进一步增高,治疗组与 模型组以及治疗组之间相比,具有非常显著性差异,P<0.01。结论脊髓慢性损伤能够刺激VEGF表 达增高,痉、痿证方能进一步增强VEGF的表达。

Objective To study the alteration of VEGF in rat spinal cord after continuative compression injury. To find out the effect of JingZheng and WeiZheng recipe on VEGF at local chronic spinal cord injury in rat. Methods Screw was used to drill into spinal cord through anterior vertebral body,after operation the screw was remained for 30 days, and then used the method of immunohistochemistry EnVision to check the expressive changes of VEGF in compressed location. Results Compared mild and severe compressed group with Sham-operated group,it was significant difference P<0.01. After used JingZheng and WeiZheng recipe,the expression of each group was increased more. To compare the treated group with model group,it was significant different P< 0.01. Conclusion The chronic spinal cord injury could stimulate the expression of VEGF increase. JingZheng and WeiZheng recipe have the effect of increase expression of VEGF more.
