摘要
准高千伏指管电压在100-100kVpX线强度用于胸部摄影的方法。管电压较高,X线量低值,照片影像高质。准高千伏摄影的研究通过“AEC三野测试”、“照片测试”、“照片标准测试点测试”,论证可达到胸部高千伏摄影同样的影像质量效果,而诊断范围及信息量可保持最佳。准高千伏摄不要求X线窗口配置附加滤过,大大缩短操作步骤、程序。同时mAs输出量低,大大降低被检者的接受剂量,减少辐射损害,保护和延长X线管球的安全使用寿命。准高千伏摄影扩宽了由于X线机容量所受到的使用限制,具备峰值在110kV的低容X线机均可开展,增加了普及面。
Para-high kVp technique is chest radiography using 100-110kVp X-ray tube voltage.Higher the voltage,lower the X-ray energy and better the image quality of chest radiography. This study on chest radiography with para-high kVp can yield the same image quality as that with high kVp as shown by 'measurement of auto exposure control(AEC)of three fields','measurement of radiography'and'measurement of standard point of radiography'.Diagnostic range and information can keep optimum. The para-high kVp technique can use X-ray tube without attached filtration and less mAs.The patient dose is lower,and the life of X-ray tube longer. This technique diminished the restriction of utilization arising from X-ray capacity,so it can be used in lower capacity X-ray equipment and extend its utilization.
