摘要
采用乳液聚合方法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,制备了淀粉-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚物,考察了反应条件对接枝率、接枝效率以及单体转化率的影响。得到的优化条件为:淀粉75℃预糊化30min,淀粉与单体质量比1:4,引发剂浓度6.0mmol/L,乳化剂浓度20.8mmol/L,反应温度53℃,反应时间3.5h。在此条件下,接枝率可达250.5%,接枝效率为73.8%,单体转化率为95.8%。该接枝共聚物可用于水性的柔性版印刷油墨中做连结料。
A study of graft emulsion copolymerization of styrene/butyl acrylate onto starch was carried out by using ammonium persulfate as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier, and the influence of reaction conditions on grafting rate, grafting efficiency and convertion of monomers were investigated. The experimental results showed that the grafting efficiency is preferable when the starch was dextrinized at 75℃ for 30 min, the weight ratio of starch to monomers is 1∶4, the preferred initiator content is 6. 0 mmol/L, the emulsifying agent content is 20. 8 mmol/L, the optimal reaction temperature is 53℃, and the optimal reaction time is 3. 5 h. The maximum grafting rate could up to 250. 5%, grafting efficiency 73. 8%, and monomer conversion 95. 8%. The graft copolymer could be used as a kind of binder in water-borne flexographic printing ink.
