摘要 关于HIP(热等静压)工艺的模型化,已进行了30多年。开发HIP工艺模型的目的,在于使HIP工艺最佳化,节约材料,减少HIP坯料或制品的切削加工量,降低生产成本,尽快生产出近终形或成品零件。本文评述了开发HIP工艺模型的3条途径,概述了4种HIP工艺模型化的现状与效果,最后介绍了对AshbyHIP6 0模型的一个试验验证。 The modeling of HIP has been studied for more Hian 30 years.The purpose of modeling is optimization of HIP for material saving,ruduction of finishing with cost reduction of near-to-shape or final products.Three approaches of HIP modeling are reviewed with description of 4 types modeling of HIP technologies.The experimental examination of Ashly HIP 6.0 model is introduced.
