摘要 介绍了颗粒增强型铁基粉末冶金材料的特点及主要制备工艺,列举了几种有代表性的颗粒增强型铁基粉末冶金材料,并探讨了颗粒增强铁基粉末冶金材料的界面问题和磨损机理,展望了其应用前景。 Particulate reinforced iron-based P/M material is attractive for the application which requiring wear resistance,heat resistance and corrosion resistance .The advantages of such material and technique to prepare are introduced.Some representatives are introduced and the interface reaction between the hard particle and the matrix is analyzed with the methods to optimize the interface.The wear mechanism of the particulate reinforced iron-based P/M material is discussed in detail.At last, the prospects of the material are presented.
