The major binder systems available in MIM application are introduced briefly.As to the characteristics of traditional Wax-Polymer binder system,the continuous thermal debinding and sintering are realized by modification and optimization on the specific customer's original process and equipment.The design of continuous process and production equipment,and the success in practical applications are described.
