摘要
氯化亚汞是一种新型的,极具潜力的声光介质。用它作为声光材料设计超声跟踪反常器件,并对其设计参数进行优化,结果表明:此类器件有良好的超声跟踪效果;工艺上易干制作;在保证衍射效率的同时,器件体积比同类TeO_2器件大大缩小。
Mercurous chloride(Hg_2Cl_2)single crystal is a new type of AO medium with good perfor-mance,it is employed to design ultrasonic beam steering birefringent AO device,The optimal design results show that. this kind of device has excellent beam steering effect,and can be easily made in technique,its vol-ume is much smaller than TeO_2 device wtile ensuring its diffraction effidency.
