摘要
针对电子海图显示与信息系统的特点和优势,结合上海航道处航道航标管理任务,描述了电子海图显示与信息系统将为航道管理部门和航行船舶带来的崭新局面。
This paper presents the advantages and characteristics of ECDIS (electronic chart display and information system).Based on the above,it describes the new changes occured in lighthouse,channel and vessel traffic managing in Shanghai Channel Department of Yangtze River Channel Adiministration due to ECDIS.
