骨髓间质干细胞联合抗炎治疗大鼠急性心肌梗死的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察静脉移植骨髓间质干细胞 (MSC)及早期抗炎治疗心肌梗死的可能性及对心肌梗死后心功能的影响。方法 :大鼠骨髓间质干细胞 (rMSC)培养后 ,制备成悬液备用。 3 7只SD大鼠均结扎冠状动脉左前降支 ,建立急性心肌梗死模型后 ,随机分为 4组 :ArMSC加地塞米松组 (n =10 ) ;BrMSC组 (n =10 ) ;C地塞米松组 (n =10 ) ;D心肌梗死对照组 (n =7只 )。 4周后 ,观察心脏的结构、功能改变。结果 :与对照组及地塞米松组相比 ,rMSC加地塞米松组、干细胞组的左室结构与功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,干细胞组低于地塞米松加干细胞组 (P <0 . 0 5 ) ,地塞米松组与对照组无明显差别 (P >0. 0 5 )。结论 Objective: To investigate the effects of grafted rat mesenchymal stem cells (rMSC) in host myocardium and the feasibility of treatment of myocardial infarction by intravenous exogenous_transplantation adult stem cells and anti_inflammationMethords: rMSC were isolated from a male SD rat, made into cell suspension37male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups:A:acute myocardial infarction +anti-inflammation+rMSC intravenous transplantation group (n=10) B:acute myocardial infarction+rMSC transplantation group (n=10)C: acute myocardial infarction +anti-inflammation group (n=10) D: acute myocardial infarction control group(n=10) After four weeks ,use echocardiography assessed cardiac functionResults: Compared with D cardiac function has been obviously improved in A and B There was no significant difference respectively between C and D (P>005)Conclusion: intravenous injection of mesenchymal stem cells (rMSC)and anti-inflammation in forepart can improve rat cardiac function
