Research on Application of Piezoelectric Devices in Active Control of Wire Vibration

本文提出利用压电传感器和致动器主动控制技术解决线切割机的铝丝振动问题。实验结果证明：主动控制技术可以有效地抑制钼丝振幅值与提高加工质量。

In this paper.an active control technique using piezoclectric sensor and actuator was utilized to sol ve the problem of Mo-wire vibration in wire-cutting electrical discharge machine tool. The results proved that.through active vibration control,the amplitude of wire vibration was redutal greatly and high machined quality was obtained.
