摘要
目的调查骨移植修复下颁骨缺损后的感染情况,探讨减少感染的措施。方法 回顾分析30年来92例骨 移植患者手术后感染。结果92例骨移植患者中有10例发生手术后切口感染,感染率为10.87％。结论 口腔 区域骨移植手术后容易发生感染,手术前后做好口腔局部的各项准备和预防措施对于防止和减少手术后感染很 有帮助。
OBJECTIVE To explore the wound infection in patients with bone transplantation for reconstructing mandible, and to study the methods for decreasing the infection rate. METHODS Ninety two cases of mandibular defects patients were analyzed retrospectively from 1974 to 2004. RESULTS Among 92 bone graft patients 10 patients got wound infection, and the infection rate was 10. 87%. CONCLUSIONS Wound infection in the patients with bone graft for reconstructing mandible is often seen postoperatively, it is of much help to defend against and decrease postoperative infection to take prevention measures before and after operation.
