摘要
目的 了解皮质类固醇激素使用的最佳时段及SARS患者热程与胸片演变之间的关系。方法对广州市 SARS数据库中120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果热程7 d内接受甲泼尼龙(MP)治疗的患者总热 程<7 d后接受治疗的患者,但是,在热程7 d前后使用MP不影响胸片的演变。结论SARS患者出现持续发热 及胸片显示肺部病变进展可早期予以皮质类固醇激素治疗。
OBJECTIVE To analyze patients suffering SARS: (1) the best period of corticosteroid hormone application; (2) the relationship between the succession of fever and the change in radiograms. METHODS To retrospectively analyze 120 patients suffering SARS in Guangzhou. RESULTS (1) The fever period was shorter in patients receiving hormone treatment within seven days after onset than after 7 days. (2) The corticosteroid hormone application had no effect on fever period of patients. CONCLUSIONS The hormone application is appreciative in patients when fever and lungs change are developing.
