目的探讨并总结医院感染监测的方法和经验,为制定预防和控制医院感染的对策和措施提供依据。 方法采用全面综合性和目标性监测相结合的方法,开展医院感染监测。结果 初步掌握医院感染管理的基本 信息,完善监控机制。结论医院感染监测是控制医院感染的基础,深入研究是其发展方向。

OBJECTIVE To discuss and summarize the inspective methods and experience on nosocomial infection, in order to establish the countermeasures against it according to the results of the inspection. METHODS Combined the holistic-synthetic inspective methods with the target inspection to develop the management of the nosocomial infection. RESULTS Gained mastery of the primary information about the nosocomial infection to develop the monitoring and control system. CONCLUSIONS The basis of controlling the nosocomial infection is the monitoring and management and the further study is necessary for their development.
