摘要
本文介绍了UHF频段声表面波压控振荡器的原理、设计与实验结果。实验制作的UHF声表面波压控振荡器的工作频率为416MHz;压控频偏>400kHz;压控线性度为±3%;输出功率为7~10dBm。
This article reviewed the operation principle,design considerations and experimental results of a UHF voltage controlled SAW oscillator.The device operates at the ftequency of 416MHz,with the voltage controlled frequency deviation of 400kHz. the linearity of±3%,power output 7-10dBm.
