摘要
目的 探讨过氧化物酶缺陷性激素合成障碍性甲状腺肿核医学特征。方法 放射免疫法测定过氧化物酶缺陷型激素合成障碍性甲状腺肿病人血清 TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TGAb、TMAb,高敏感免疫放射法测定TSH,并进行131I过氯酸钾释放实验和SPECT甲状腺静态显像。结果 该类病人血清甲状腺素水平降低,TSH 水平升高,TGAb呈阴性反应;131I过氧酸钾释放试验呈阳性反应;核素显像显示甲状腺均匀性肿大,摄取99Tcm 功能增加。结论 系统核医学检查对过氧化物酶缺陷性激素合成障碍性甲状腺肿的诊断十分必要。
Objective To explore the diagnostic features in nuclear medicine lab on patients with TPO defect hormonogenic obstruction goiter. Methods RIA and RIMA were used to determin serum TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,TMAb.KCIO 4 131 I release test and SPECT thyroid imaging was also taken on the patients. Results The level of serum thyroxin in the patients was lower and TSH was higher than normal.Serum.TGAb and TMAb were negative.The KCLO 4 131 I release test was positive.Thyroid SPECT imaging showed that mass of thyroid was swollen and radiation was welldistributed. The abilities of 99 Tc m uptake were increased. Conclusions It is important to take nuclear medicine examination for the diagnosis of TPO defect hormono-genic obstruction goiter.
