摘要
铍试剂 Ⅲ与水中的铝在 pH值为6.1的醋酸缓冲溶液中经85 ℃水浴加热 5 min可生成稳定的红色配合物,其配合比1∶1,条件稳定常数 lgβ’=10.38,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.08×105 L/(mol· cm),据此建立了一个测定含量0.01~0.2 mg/L范围铝的分析新方法。用于输配水工程中长期接触防护材料的水体,生活饮用水以及其它水源水中铝元素的测定.大量实验证明,采用此方法可获得满意的测定结果.
The aluminium in water can be reacted with Beryllium ReagentⅢ forming a stable and red complex,by heating in buffer solution of acetic acid with pH 6.1 at 85 ℃ for 5 min with water bath. The complex possesses complex ratio 1∶1,condition stability constant lgβ=10.38 and molar absorption coefficient ε=1.08×10^(5) L/(mol·cm). In accordance above,a new way of determining aluminium element with content 0.01~0.2 mg/L in water have been established.The method could be applied to aluminium determining of water long contacted with protecting materials in transporting and distributing engineering, drinking water as well as other water resources. A larger number of experiments proved that good determining results can be obtained by this method.
