摘要
选择450 、500、550、600、650、700 ℃等不同裂解温度,保持基本一致的进样量(60±1μg),采用连续升温和分别升温的方法,对聚乙烯及阻燃聚乙烯进行裂解气相色谱(PyGC)分析,比较其性能的差异以及加有不同量阻燃剂的PE的裂解色谱性能. 结果表明SiO2含量不同的阻燃聚乙烯有较明显的阻燃性能,其中 SiO2 添加量为 6%时阻燃效果最好. PyGC的分析结果与锥形量热仪(CONE)的实验结果相一致.
The different Pyrolysis-gas chromatography(PyGC) functions of polyethylene (PE) and flame retardant polyethylene at 450℃ 、500℃、550℃、600℃、650℃ and 700℃ with the same amount of sample by both heating continuously and heating separately were analyzed and compared. The result shows that flame retardant polyethylene contained different amount of SiO_(2) has distinct obstraction to buring, especially when the content of SiO_(2) is 6% the effect is best .The result of PyGC is the same as that of CONE.
