摘要
采用硅钼棒作加热体,用提拉法生长LiTaO_3晶体。测试了晶体的光折变阈值、双折射梯度和消光比。用LiTaO_3晶体制成光波导基片,全息法研究光波导基片的光折变性能,取得良好的结果。
LiTaO_3 crystal has been grown thtough CZ methed using silicium-molybdenum rods as heater.The optical refraction threshold.birefringent gradient and extinction ratio were measured. The sub- strates for optical waveguide were made using the LiTaO_3 crystal,and a study on optical refraction properties of the waveguide subetrates were performed using hologram technique and obtained good results.
