本文主要介绍三角形振梁的几种支撑结构和悬挂系统。实验结果表明，二棱支撑结构的敏感器件性能良好。

This paper mainly introduces several kinds of Support structutes and suspension systems of triangular vibration beams.The experimental results show that the sensors with the structure of two-prism support have good petformances.
